Legacy Pro Rodeo Asset Use Agreement

Per the Legacy Pro Rodeo Asset Use Agreement, I understand that I am being granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided photos, videos, graphics and logos (“Assets”) for the sole purpose of promoting and conducting the event associated with Legacy Pro Rodeo, LLC.

This license is valid only for the promotion and duration of this single event for which Legacy Pro Rodeo, LLC has been contracted for. The Assets may not be sold, modified, used for merchandise, or applied to any other event or purpose without express written permission of Legacy Pro Rodeo, LLC. All Assets remain the intellectual property of Legacy Pro Rodeo, LLC. We reserve the right to terminate this license and your portal access at any time for any violation of these terms and conditions.
